For North Jersey HVAC contractors

Answer every after-hours lead and missed call in minutes, from your own phone.

When a "no heat" request comes in through your website, Angi or a voicemail at 9pm, you get a ready-to-send reply on your phone within a couple of minutes. You tap send. The customer hears from you before they call the next shop on Google.

Works with your website form, Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, Yelp and voicemail transcripts.

How it works

Two minutes of setup. Nothing to install.

Step 1Forward your leads

Add one email filter that forwards just your lead emails: website form, Angi, Yelp, Thumbtack and voicemail transcripts. Your inbox stays exactly the same.

Step 2Get a ready reply

Within minutes, a reply written for that customer's actual problem lands on your phone, with their name and number pulled out.

Step 3You tap send

The text goes from your own number, so the customer is talking to you, not a bot. Every lead is logged so you can see what came in and how fast.

What a reply will never do

Built to be safe in front of your customers.

  • Quote a price or estimate
  • Diagnose the problem
  • Promise an arrival time
  • Send anything you haven't approved
What gets flagged instead

Tricky leads get flagged for you.

  • Gas smell or carbon monoxide: the reply tells them to leave the home and call 911 or the gas company
  • Complaints about past service, with a note to call instead of text
  • Leads with no phone number or email, so you know to check the original
  • Spam, sales pitches and job applications, which are filtered out
The offer

Free until it proves itself.

Your first 7 days are free, and if fewer than 3 leads come in by then, the trial keeps going until the third one does. You judge it on your own real leads, not a demo. After that it's one flat monthly price, cancel anytime. One furnace job usually covers months of it.

Founding price for the first 5 shops, locked in for as long as you stay (regular price $297/mo). Or $1,997 for the year, two months free. Guarantee: if your first paid month catches zero after-hours leads, that month is free. Refer a shop that signs up and you both get a month free.

Trial terms

Plain and short.

  • Free for 7 days, or until your first 3 leads, whichever is longer. No card, no contract.
  • You forward only lead emails. I never see or ask for the rest of your inbox.
  • Your leads still arrive in your inbox as they do now. This is a copy, so if anything on my end stops, you lose nothing.
  • I never contact your customers. Every text is sent by you, from your phone.
Your data

Yours, and deleted on request.

  • Lead details are used only to write your drafts and your weekly report.
  • Never sold, shared or used for anyone else.
  • If you don't continue after the trial, your lead log is deleted within 7 days.
  • Cancel anytime by replying "stop" and removing the forwarding rule.

Free until your first 3 leads come through, at least 7 days. Your leads keep arriving in your inbox exactly as now.

Where do your leads come from?

Who's behind it

A local, not a call center.

I'm Evan, and I'm based in Ridgewood. I built LeadSecurer for owner-run shops that are great on the job but can't answer every web form while they're under a boiler. You deal with me directly: setup, questions and changes all go through one person.
